Practical, structured support for individuals and families navigating addiction, recovery, relapse, and the challenges of rebuilding everyday life.
Support for Addiction, Recovery, and Life Rebuilding

This isn’t about theory — it’s about real, sustainable change.

Supporting a loved one through addiction can feel overwhelming, especially when you don’t know what to say, how to help, or where boundaries should be.
For many families, the hardest part is what comes next. Navigating daily life, managing emotions, rebuilding relationships, and trying to find stability in an uncertain situation.
Individuals in recovery can face similar challenges, particularly when trying to stay consistent and rebuild structure without support.
This is where real support matters.

Learn MoreAbout Me
I provide addiction recovery and mental health support for individuals and families navigating addiction, recovery, relapse, and the process of rebuilding everyday life.
This work is personal to me. I’ve been clean and sober for over 8 years and have also spent many years working through my own mental health challenges. That experience shapes how I support others — not just from a professional perspective, but from real understanding.
Alongside lived experience, I’ve studied addiction and mental health and continue to deepen my knowledge in this field. My approach combines that with practical tools, emotional regulation skills, and structured support that can be applied in real life.
I understand what it takes to move through early recovery, leave rehab, rebuild routine and stability, manage emotions, navigate relationships, return to work, and maintain consistency over time.
How I Work
My work is grounded in lived experience, practical tools, and real-life application — not just theory.
I draw from different approaches, including 12-step principles, emotional regulation and DBT-based skills, behaviour patterns, and habit change. But the focus is always the same: helping you become unstuck and move forward in a way that is practical and realistic.
Who This Is For
This support may be right for you if you are supporting a loved one struggling with addiction and feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to help, or struggling to manage boundaries and emotions.
It is also for individuals who feel stuck in patterns they cannot break on their own, are struggling to stay consistent in recovery, or need practical support to rebuild structure and stability.
If you are looking for practical guidance and support that you can apply in your day-to-day life, this approach may be a good fit.
